Konkan kada – a spectacular viewpoint atop Harishchandragadh fort

Harishchandragadh fort is on the bucket list of all trekkers who trek in Sahyadris, and for no mean reason. It’s among the highest, toughest and most enjoyable of treks in Maharashtra. The views from Taramati peak – the 4th highest in Maharashtra – and Konkan Kada – a semi-circular cliff overhang with a vertical drop of 1800 feet – make the arduous trek worthwhile.
