A friend once told me once – There are two things you will find always in a runner’s house – bananas, and lots of ice! I didn’t appreciate the need to have copious amounts of ice at home until the mileage for the big C started building up. As the mileage builds up, the accumulated fatigue in my legs and feet is getting to me. And icing seems to be the easiest way to get back on my feet again. Hoping my Achilles’ tendon would appreciate that and would calm down!
